Knowing it will benefit the business and coming up with ideas for employee recognition are two different things. Sometimes it can be hard to find the right ideas for employee recognition based on a diverse and multigenerational workforce. Easy to think of things that you would like, but harder when you are thinking of ideas for hundreds or even thousands of employees.
