We work with HR leaders to bring their employee recognition story to life.

After a decade of delivering programs to engage people and improve profits, talking to leaders of workplaces that work – and those that don’t - and studying the science behind human behaviour (behavioural economics, if you want to get fancy), we set out to create a truly flexible recognition solution.

Having watched companies change their recognition culture to try and fit with rigid software, and pay big to customise it when it didn’t quite work, we knew there was a better way to bring recognition stories to life.

A way that delivers all the features and intelligence expected in an enterprise employee engagement solution, with the flexibility to bring those smarts to workplaces across all industries.
